Krista Kafer, Senior Policy Analyst for Education at the Heritage Foundation,  a popular lecturer on school choice topics, will discuss the current research about voucher and tax credit programs.  In addition, Ms. Kafer will speak about last summer’s U.S. Supreme Court ruling in the Cleveland voucher program.
